Refunds, Cancellations & Student Policies

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Sales on pre-recorded webinars are final. Students who wish to withdraw from other Delta Gardens educational programs due to a documented emergency or medical issue will receive a full refund on their tuition. Students who withdraw from a class midway through a program are required to pay for the class sessions they have attended and/or the online modules they have viewed — we will refund the remainder of their tuition. All refunds shall be paid within 30 days upon written notification from a student of cancellation or withdrawal. Students receiving benefits from federal programs shall be subject to federal refund policies, rules and regulations.

Student Complaint & Protection

Delta Gardens encourages students to contact our business office via email or phone if they are having issues with our instructional programs. David Dalton or our office manager will attend to any questions or concerns students have on a case-by-case basis. If any student is not satisfied with the resolution from our school, s/he may contact the NH Department of Education, Office of Career School Licensing, 101 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH 03301 or by phone at 603-271-6443.

Admissions Requirements

To participate in our educational programs, students must be 18 years of age and have an interest in the subject matter. We suggest but do not require that students take other Delta Gardens classes including the Practitioner Training Program before attending the Advanced Practitioner Program.

Transfer of Credit

Delta Gardens does not accept transfers of credit for our courses, classes or programs..

Grading System

Delta Gardens does not issues grades.

Delta Gardens' educational programs operate on a rolling basis.

Schedule of Tuition/Fees

Fees for all classes must be paid in full prior to the start of each webinar or workshop. We accept fees on a rolling basis as we offer classes.
