Chakra Meditation Series

This 8-part meditation series will help you balance the energy centers in your chakra system and deepen your experience of the 8 essences in the Delta Gardens Chakra Set. Each meditation is 15-20 minutes long and includes a guided relaxation sequence, chakra affirmation and plant journey to "meet” one of the flowers in the corresponding essence blend.
