Currently in the United States, 40 million people have diabetes.  Another in 98 million are prediabetic. Although clear, gold-standard research points glaringly to the American diet (high in sugar, carbs and processed food) as a main causative factor, many people are not open to exploring their dietary choices and believe their only option is to manage blood sugar with prescription medications and insulin injections.

This 3-hour Zoom class will bring you up to date on the physiology and psychology of type 2 diabetes and help you discover ways to stay healthy. Although we'll be focusing primarily on type 2, we'll touch on type 1.

You will learn:

  • how type 2 diabetes develops from an unhealthy diet, high stress levels, a lack of exercise, toxicity, lowered immunity and other factors
  • ways of reversing insulin resistance with dietary changes
  • a method of scanning your clients and patients for blood sugar levels, A1C and insulin resistances values
  • how various emotional issues can contribute to blood sugar issues
  • how to use flower essences to support the body's resistance to diabetes by: clearing and strengthening the pancreas, helping the body use glucose stores as energy, addressing the energetic causes of diabetes in the personality and helping to release trauma behind food addictions
