Troubled Times eases feelings of anxiety and dread about global events.  This blend contains contains Ashwagandha, Clary Sage, Dawn Redwood, Lady of the Night and Purple Lotus essences to promote faith, courage and clarity during challenging times.  Take this essence if you are feeling overwhelmed by news reports or if you feel you're absorbing suffering from the collective.
