Sunray Lily - Freedom From Abusers

Sunray is an Asiatic Lily and part of the Delta Gardens Lily Set. It is blooming profusely now in our herb garden.  This flower essence dramatically affects the second and third chakras, especially for those who remain loyal caretakers of their parental abusers, choosing guilt and loyalty over safety, boundaries and protection.  This is a choice that keeps the adult-child in a type of psychic prison where choice, safety and freedom diminish over time, and the behaviors of tolerating and supporting abusive personalities becomes an instinctual reflex.  This psychological foundation of tolerance and loyalty to abusers or former abusers weaves a toxic energetic web, preparing the adult-child for low energy, ill-health and suppressed anger and resentment.

The Sunray flower essence, especially taken with Motherwort, supports the beginning of the long journey back to healthy boundaries.  First, vivid dreams appear as the subconscious clears away hurt and trauma of the past.  Awakenings soon follow as the adult-child gains consciousness and realizes that life is a gift, is short and there is little time for tolerating mistreatment.  Confrontation with all types of abusers and petty tyrants begins the pathway to real freedom as the adult-child ends toxic relationships and is able to set healthy boundaries. I recommend taking this essence daily for 3 month intervals with rest periods of 2 weeks in between.
